After Sales
We like to develop a close and continuing relationship with all our customers, which is why we take our after sales service very seriously. Following the 12 month warranty period, should problems arise with your catering equipment or its use, our priority is to solve it in the quickest possible manner.
We will provide a fully comprehensive range of after sales service options, which include:
- An annual or bi-annual equipment service contract following the expiration of a manufacturer’s warranty.
- A yearly gas safety testing service on all gas appliances, pipework and flues. (Regulation 35 of Gas Safety - Installation and Use - Regulations 1998 stipulates that employers must ensure gas appliances are maintained in a safe condition).
- Annual safety check of ventilation systems.
- Problem solving on any operational aspect of your catering equipment.
- Onsite training and issue of a printed training manual or CD, which contains serial numbers of all your equipment and contact numbers
