Following the 12 month warranty period, should problems arise with your catering equipment or its use, our priority is to solve it in the quickest possible manner.

We will provide a fully comprehensive range of after sales service options, which include:

  • An annual or bi-annual equipment service contract following the expiration of a manufacturer’s warranty.
  • A yearly gas safety testing service on all gas appliances, pipework and flues. (Regulation 35 of Gas Safety – Installation and Use – Regulations 1998 stipulates that employers must ensure gas appliances are maintained in a safe condition).
  • Annual safety check of ventilation systems.
  • Problem solving on any operational aspect of your catering equipment.
  • Onsite training and issue of a printed training manual or CD, which contains serial numbers of all your equipment and contact numbers
